Hermès… still fighting to the death!

So here’s the latest in the Hermès battle…

“The French Association of Minority Shareholders (ADAM) made a court appeal to waive the Hermès family’s voting rights in the company’s annual shareholder meeting, which is set for May 30.”  OMG THATS TODAY!!!!!

ADAM wants the family to go PRO LVMH… the family thinks ADAM’s in cohoots with LVMH to sabotage their name… (Like they have with EVERY other name LVMH has CHEAPENED)

Anywho… french courts ruled… they dismissed ADAM’s appeal…

Stay strong Hermès family… KEEP HOPE ALIVE!

Longstory short… Fendi has a line, Selleria, that shadows “artisian mastery of  Roman saddlers”

I know this one guy named Charles-Émile Hermès who moved his dads store to 24 Rue Faubourg Saint-Honoré  in 1880 and introduced saddalry to retail stores… oh yeah youre right.. that was SO long ago… people probably forgot ALL about him… (side eye)

Anywho.. what do we think? FLIP! or FLOP?

Hermes just sold its 45% stake in Gaultier to Puig(the perfume and cosmetics powerhouse) for about $24million…

Jean Paul Gautier himself is ALSO selling 15% (leaving him with 40)…

I guess Hermes is trying to get rid of dead weight… if only they can shake LVMH whose holds more than 20% …

Im SURE the Hermes family HATES THEM! LOL

Aston Martin One-77 for sale… 77 made… less than 10 left…

Alain Class Motors has one Aston Martin One-77 up for sale available in Dubai (if you should just so happen to be there)…  Its Pearlescent white with red interior . The msrp is $1.4 mil… dunno if thats how much you’ll get it for though… Guess since this is the 2nd most expensive car (Hermes Bugatti topped out at a little over $1.9 Mil) no one wants it anymore…
